武道は、武士（samurai）の哲学です。 武士道（Bushido）は、武士・サムライ（Samurai）の究極の「道徳」「礼」「尊敬」から成立している。Ｂｕｄｏは、「Ｋｉ」です。単にヒットしても、ポイントにならない。勝敗は、自分自身が最もよく分っている。審判の判定に意義を言うのは、武士・サムライ（Samurai）の恥です。動揺することも恥である。勝敗よりもその時の態度が大切です。試合後の正座（Seiza）の礼も感謝と尊敬の表れです。

インドやネパールなど南アジアのみなさんにお聞きします。日本の平均寿命は、83歳です。南アジアの平均寿命は、何歳ですか。

皆さんは、何故に20歳の差があると思いますか。

それもあるでしょう。私は、ルールだと思います。日本では、学校に「体育」があります。子供たちは、水泳を学びます。タイでは、子供たちが1100人も1年で溺死します。日本のSamuraiは、身を守るため刀が抜きやすい左側を歩きました。皆さんの国の道路は、右や左や真ん中を我先に歩いています。車も同じです。多くの子供たちが怪我をして死亡しています。明確な教育のルールが必要です。優秀な技術者は、安全な医療機器や車を作り出して医者になることで病気を治します。武士道・教育は、命の継承です。

私は、カトマンズの町で大変に驚いた。夜7時で停電となり朝まで続きます。しかし、町は、蓄電池と太陽光で機能を失わず電気がついています。これは、凄い。
さて、日本は、CO2の削減目標を２５％に定めてソーラー発電や節電を進めています。しかし、誰が２５％削減を決めたかがポイントです。2050年に日本人口は、５０％削減されます。人口が半分になれば、CO2の削減が２５％は、とても簡単と言うことです。
問題は、あなた方の国が大国の影響をうけずに正しい決定が出来ることがポイントです。わが国の日本と南アジアの小国は、政治家と役人が混迷している。みなさん自国を愛して行動を起こしましょう。
