障害者武道協会昇段審査システム構築について意見交換がされた松井副会長は、「昇段審査履行について問題が出る可能性がある？？」との意見が出された。大橋副会長は、「問題はない。そもそも段位は、1500年代大橋宗桂により考案されたたもので拳法会でも段位を発行している、問題は、ないと述べた」　松井副会長は、「創始者として言えること」とし「いずれのせよ！協議し世界の要望に応える」とした。
