濱田敏哉先生 全日本拳法会居合道師範に就任

Mr　Toshiya Hamada submitted participation hope to a member of Kenpo Kai. The all-Japan Kenpo Kai headquarters(President Takao Asai) accepted responsibilities of Iai Do Shihan on January 26.
