日本が紀元前660年から国の体制が変わらず今日まで天皇制が続いているのは、世界でも類がありません。初代神武天皇の神武とは、崇高なる武徳（Budo 道徳）を意味します。我が国、日本は、崇高なる武徳の国です。今日、建国記念の日に世界の人々の平和と幸福のある繁栄を皆様と共に祈念しましょう。
【武徳Butoku】：武士道・Budoは、単に武術だけでなく、忠義、名誉、誠実、自己犠牲といった徳目を重視しています。日本人・日本社会の道徳的基盤となっている。鎌倉時代以降、武士は「主君への忠誠」を重んじ、武士の主君である天皇を敬う姿勢が、２６８０年以上変わらない国の体制の維持に繋がった。

Japan is unique in the world in that its national
system has remained unchanged since 660 BC, with the imperial system continuing
to this day. The name "Jinmu," named after the first Emperor Jimmu（神武天皇）, means sublime martial virtue (武徳Budo
morality). Our country, Japan, is a country of sublime 武徳Butoku（martial virtue）. Today, on National Foundation Day, let us all pray together for
peace, happiness, and prosperity for the people of the world.
[武徳Butoku]: Bushido (the samurai way
of life) emphasizes not only martial arts, but also virtues such as loyalty,
honor, sincerity, and self-sacrifice. It forms the moral foundation of Japanese
people and society. Since the Kamakura period, samurai have valued
"loyalty to their lord," and their respect for their lord, the
emperor, has led to the maintenance of a national system that has remained
unchanged for over 2,680 years.
